Shared Parenting is a two class series that offers professional guidance to separating and divorcing adults. This class helps mitigate the negative impacts on children by reducing conflict, improving communication, and focusing on children’s needs.
What’s Best for the Kids
In the first class you will Learn methods for coping, what helps kids, how to improve family communication, and maximize quality time with your kids.
Communicating with the Other Parent
Building on the first class, explore how to relate to your co-parent to minimize harm to your kids and learn tips for parenting after divorce.

Children in Between– Online Offering
“Children in Between is an online course created by Dr. Don Gordon. It builds on 40 years of research in the area of divorce education, and presents skills training using best practices in adult education and behavior modeling. It focuses on teaching anger control and respectful communication to parents as a means of ending loyalty conflicts and lowering risk for children of divorce.”

Cost to Participate:
All FFCM Family Education services are offered on a sliding scale fee basis at a base rate of $50 per hour of instruction time. The sliding scale could reduce costs to as little as 10% of total class fees.
