Community Connections

As we enthusiastically plan for our new home in the Missoula Public Library, our team has been working on creative ways we can stay connected with the families we love to serve. We are rolling out a new FREE program, Community Connections, to bring the museum experience to you! Community Connections consists of mini interactive exhibits for children that pop-up at partner organizations and events throughout our community. These exhibits inspire hands-on exploration and play while focusing on building empathy & kindness, social & emotional development, awareness & exposure to cultures around the world, and imaginative & dramatic play. We are thrilled about the opportunity to reconnect and provide valuable opportunities to share our mission of learning through play.

Check back to this page and be sure to like us on Facebook for details about upcoming locations and activities taking place in the community. If you are interested in partnering with us for an activity or have questions about Community Connections, please email Katie.

Community Connections Valentine Project

Community Connections recently partnered with Missoula Food Bank and Community Center to share the good work of the ROOTS program with children at local schools and partner locations. Kids made valentines to be included in this month’s food delivery bags. The bags were stuffed on Valentine’s Day and are sure to bring smiles to our senior neighbors!
